Casa Guillermo is located in a pedestrian street in the centre of the cosy village of Pollensa, in the northern part of the island of Mallorca.
Within walking distance you will find the most charming fashion shops, decoration shops and restaurants of the island.
And only 10km away are the most spectacular sandy beaches of the island. The distance from the airport is only 40km.
Decorated with rustic Majorcan style furniture, it has a total of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in all bedrooms, the living room and dining room to protect you from the high summer temperatures.
On the first floor you will find a laundry area, a charming terrace with awning, outdoor furniture and barbecue for dining and relaxing after a long day of intense activities.
The house is available all year round so if you want to enjoy cycling routes on the island, the house has a car park on the ground floor.
