More than 30 days before arrival date = 0% of the booking price.
29 days before arrival date = 30% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
DATA PROTECTION (Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December )
In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, on Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD"), we inform that, through the completion of forms, your personal details will be incorporated and held in the company files, with the purpose of being able to offer and provide you with our services. In addition, we inform you of the possibility to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with regard to your personal data, the company being responsible for the file.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
By continuing with the reservation, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth below:
1. Certain short reservations may carry a final cleaning supplement.
2. A prepayment is required to confirm the reservation and secure the accommodation. The booking will not be confirmed until this prepayment is received.
3. The final amount will be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Upon receiving the latter payment, instructions will be sent that will include the details of check-in and contact form with our team.
4. It is mandatory to meet house rules. In case of default, may be withdrawn from the deposit.
5. Check-in is from 16:00 and 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Not respecting these schedules may incur an extra cost.
6. A deposit of between € 100 and € 500 (depending on property) will be mandatory as a pre-authorization by credit card or cash to cover possible damages, extra cleaning costs, theft, or departures outside the established schedule. This amount will be returned after reviewing the accommodation, during the following 2 weeks after check-out.
7. Once the accommodation has been booked, no change of ownership may be made, without incurring any expenses.
8. All accommodation units are equipped with a basic supply (kitchen paper, toilet paper and perhaps salt/pepper, etc.). Once finished, the company will not be responsible for supplying these items and it will be the guest who will have to take care of your purchase.
9. Take care of the house as if it were your own, never do anything that you would not do at home.

TOURIST TAX
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands has approved the new "Tax on sustainable tourism" for all tourists traveling to the Balearic Islands from 07/01/2016 onwards.
This fee must be paid directly to the hotel/apartment upon arrival and will be applied as follows per person per day:
4-star superior, 5-star and 5-star luxury hotels and aparthotels, 4-key tourist apartments and more: €4.00
4-star and 3-star superior hotels and aparthotels, 3-key superior tourist apartments: €3.00
Hotels and Aparthotels of 1, 2 and 3 stars, Tourist Apartments of 1, 2 and 3 keys, Tourist Homes, rural accommodation, Tourist cruise boats: €2.00
Hotels, Pensions, Inns, Campsites, Hostels and Refuges: €1.00
Discounts:
75% discount for all stays in low season (01/11 – 30/04)
50% discount from the 9th day onwards for stays of more than 8 days in the same hotel/establishment, cumulative with the low season discount.
Exceptions:
Stays of clients under 16 years of age
Stays caused by force majeure
Stays subsidized by social programs offered by public administrations for all countries belonging to the European Union
Very Important: Remember that the Balearic Ecotax is subject to 10% VAT.
