Villa Cap Roig is located in Puerto de Pollensa, in a quiet area in the north of Mallorca, an ideal place to spend a relaxing and fantastic holiday. The accommodation has a large garden, where you can walk and practice all kinds of sports, and where children can play for hours and hours. There is also a refreshing salt water swimming pool. A few kilometres from the villa is the pretty town of Pollensa and Alcúdia with a wide variety of shops and restaurants, supermarkets and the best beaches on the island.

The villa, on one level, is modern in style, exquisitely decorated with natural, neutral and Mediterranean tones that give a pleasant feeling of wellbeing and calm. It has an electric gate system, intercom, air conditioning in all rooms and underfloor heating.

It has a modern and spacious kitchen fully equipped and open to the living-dining room, which has a large dining table for 8 people and a sofa with armchairs and a flat screen television.

The property sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms, two of which are king size double bedrooms, and the other two with twin beds. There are 3 spacious bathrooms with shower, one of which is located in one of the bedrooms with a double bed.

The property is surrounded by large windows to enter and exit the garden comfortably and enjoy the views of the swimming pool, as well as the outside furnished porch to enjoy fantastic dinners outside the house.

Finally it is worth mentioning that although the property has a garage it is not available but it has an outdoor parking area for 2 cars.
