Villa es Rafal is a property located in a rural area in the north of Mallorca, close to the municipality of Santa Margalida and Can Picafort. Here you will be able to enjoy the tranquillity of a holiday in the countryside, with all the comforts of having several municipalities just a few kilometres away.
With a plot of 14000m2 and a living area of 274m2, this villa will provide you with all the tranquility and privacy you desire.


The villa is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with 2 very comfortable sofas, smart Tv and fireplace that gives access to a terrace with covered porch and a complete bathroom.
At the top of the stairs we find the first bedroom with views to the swimming pool, complete bathroom en suite, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and heating. All the bedrooms have the same characteristics.
The second bedroom has two single beds, independent access from one side of the house and a full en-suite bathroom. The next bedroom is the largest of the house, it is a triple room with splendid views to the swimming pool, three single beds and complete bathroom en suite. Right next to this room is the laundry area with washing machine and dryer, as well as shelves for storing everyday belongings. Finally, we come to the last of the rooms, the quietest one. This double room has a double bed, TV, full en-suite bathroom and views of the spacious grounds of this finca.


As for the outside area of the property, the villa has several areas to differentiate. The first one is a terrace with a porch where the rustic Majorcan style barbecue is located. The second area is also a covered terrace which is closer to the pool with sofas and tables, and next to it, a large swimming pool with stairs and hammock and Balinese area to enjoy hours and hours of fun and relaxation... You choose!


Note 1. The final cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The price is 220€.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Electricity is not included in the price, the cost is 0,30€/Kw to be paid on the day of departure.
Note 5: The property has central heating, this has a cost of 35€/day if you want this service.
Note 6: There is parking for several vehicles on the property.
